<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, January 12, 1981. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Curley, <br />Kehr and Johnson. <br /> <br />A-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of December 22, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, <br />Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. Abstention: Johnson, <br />because he wa~ not a member of the Council. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7089 <br />approving Sam Cave's request for final plat at 3111 Evelyn <br />Street with the following conditions, be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr and Johnson. Nays: Franke <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />1. The applicant agrees to reimburse the City of <br />Roseville for vacation of the easement in an <br />amount equal to the original cost to the City <br />plus interest. <br /> <br />2. The applicant will pay the City of Roseville storm <br />sewer charges in the amount of $590.00 per lot <br />($1,770.00 total). <br /> <br />3. The applicant agrees to re-grade, restore and resod <br />the existing ponding area in such a manner as to <br />assure proper drainage and the continuance of the area <br />in a dry and maintainable condition, subject to approval <br />of the Public Works Director, including the reinstall- <br />ation of a concrete drainage ditch around the new perimeter <br />of the ponding area. <br /> <br />4. The applicant agrees to fill only as shown on the plan <br />dated 10-15-80 subject to final approval of the Public <br />Works Director. <br /> <br />5. The applicant specifies that no slopes will exceed 3:1. <br /> <br />6. The applicant agrees to extend the existing 1211 and <br />21" storm sewer outlets off Evelyn to the westerly <br />property line of the parcel. <br /> <br />7. The applicant agrees to pay street light assessments <br />on the property. <br /> <br />B-2 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Ordinance No. 874 defining <br />certain permitted and special uses in the R-l Zoning District <br />and adding criteria for issuance of special use permits be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson <br />and Demos.
