<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of March, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8673 <br /> <br />MnDOT LIMITED USE PERMIT, COUNTY ROAD B RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is reconstructing County Road B from Dale Street <br />to a point 1,200 feet east of Rice Street in 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with this project, it will be necessary to <br />construct a stormwater detention/sedimentation basin along County Road B <br />between Dale Street and Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed site for the sedimentation basin is located on <br />right-of-way owned by the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT being the property owner has prepared a Limited Use <br />Permit which describes construction and maintenance responsibilities <br />for the ponding facility; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Limited Use Permit for utilization of MnDOT right-of-way as a <br />ponding area\sedimentation basin for the County Road B construction <br />is hereby approved as presented, and <br /> <br />2. Appropriate city officials are authorized to execute the Limited <br />Use Permit on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
