EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of March, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8673 MnDOT LIMITED USE PERMIT, COUNTY ROAD B RECONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, Ramsey County is reconstructing County Road B from Dale Street to a point 1,200 feet east of Rice Street in 1991; and WHEREAS, in conjunction with this project, it will be necessary to construct a stormwater detention/sedimentation basin along County Road B between Dale Street and Rice Street; and WHEREAS, the proposed site for the sedimentation basin is located on right-of-way owned by the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, MnDOT being the property owner has prepared a Limited Use Permit which describes construction and maintenance responsibilities for the ponding facility; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Limited Use Permit for utilization of MnDOT right-of-way as a ponding area\sedimentation basin for the County Road B construction is hereby approved as presented, and 2. Appropriate city officials are authorized to execute the Limited Use Permit on behalf of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
