<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, February 9, 1981.
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson and Franke.
<br />
<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of January 26, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley ~~ved, Kehr Seconded, that the Good Earth Restaurant's
<br />application for wine license at 1901 West Highway 36 be app-
<br />roved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Cecil A. Sanders
<br />request for special use permit at 3083 Wilder Street be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Union Carbide request for
<br />special use permit at 2455 North Cleveland Avenue be approved
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That, as required by the City Code, the gases that
<br />will be processed at the site be only those that
<br />are indicated on a list of such gases provided by
<br />Union Carbide Corporation dated 1-23-81.
<br />
<br />2. That the planning and engineering staff approve the
<br />final landscaping plans.
<br />
<br />3. That the engineering staff approve the final drain-
<br />age and grading plans.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Carlson Equipment
<br />Company's request for variance to ordinance requiring the
<br />construction of a sidewalk at 1380 County Road C be
<br />approved with the condition that if at a future date side-
<br />walks are constructed at this site, the applicant must pay
<br />the normal assessments. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Knights of Columbus
<br />Council 402 be granted permission to conduct an ice fishing
<br />contest on Lake Owasso from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on
<br />February 15, 1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
