<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, April 13, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr and Curl ey.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeti ng of March 23, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Franke. Councilperson Franke abstained as she was absent
<br />from the meeting.

<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7126
<br />vacating a portion of right-of-way (16.5 feet on Dale
<br />Street) requested by Charles Weleczki, 1822 North Dale
<br />Court be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7127
<br />approving Charles Weleczki's request for final plat at
<br />1822 North Dale Court be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Ramsey County plans
<br />for bicycle paths on Fairview Avenue from County Road C-2
<br />to County Road D; and on County Road C from Hamline Avenue
<br />to Fairview Avenue be approved and the Mayor and Manager
<br />authorized to sign said plans. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Chop Sticks, Inc.
<br />request for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at
<br />1744 Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-4 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Ordinance No. 879
<br />repealing Sections 13.150 through 13.220 of the City Code
<br />and adding a new Chapter 19 dealing with Planned Unit
<br />Developments be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Kehr,Moved, Johnson Seconded, that a Council Work Session
<br />be established on Thursday, April 16,1981,8:00 P.M. to
<br />meet with the Fire Department at Fire Station No.1, 2701
<br />North Lexington Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Phil Pommier's request for
<br />permission to construct a fence along the rear lot line at
<br />582 West Shryer Avenue be approved with the condition that
<br />the fence be removed by the owner within 30 days notice at
<br />no cost to the City and at such time as the City determines
<br />to be in the public interest. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
