<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, May 11, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Johnson, Kehr
<br />and Franke. Absent: Councilman Curley.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 27, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Council join with
<br />the Mayor in declaring the week of ~1ay 10 - 16, 1981, as
<br />~'Law Enforcement \~eek" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the public hearing
<br />to consider the proposed ordinance relating.to newspaper
<br />tubes be continued to the July 13, 1981, regular Council
<br />meeti ng. Roll Ca 11, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Donald Woebkenberg's
<br />request for relocation of dwelling to 1894 North Chatsworth
<br />be approved with the condition that the existing garage be
<br />removed within 12 months after the issuance of the certi-
<br />ficate of occupancy for the house. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that 4:30 P.M., July 24,
<br />1981, be established as the final date for receiving appli-
<br />cations to fill the unexpired term of Jean Weston on the
<br />Parks and Recreation Committee and that such notice of vac-
<br />ancy be publicized in the newspapers and newsletter. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the regularly scheduled
<br />Council meeting of June 8. 1981, be cancelled and that such
<br />meeting be rescheduled to June 1, 1981; and that a work
<br />session be established for Tuesday, May 26, 1981, at 4:00
<br />P.M. in the City Hall for the purpose of conducting the City
<br />f.1anager's revievJ. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Lake Owasso Safe
<br />Boating Association's request for water ski course and
<br />jump on Lake Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
