<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - August 10, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Kehr and
<br />Johnson. Absent: Councilman Curley.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of July 27,1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: Hone.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />assessments for County Road C-2 from Merrill to Fernwood
<br />Street, Project SS-W-P-77-3B, be closed; and the adoption
<br />of the assessment roll be continued to the meeting of
<br />August 24,1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />assessments for Belair Circle and Fernwood Street from
<br />Merrill Street to Josephine Road, Project SS-W-P-77-3C,
<br />be continued to the meeting of August 24, 1981. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />assessments for Skillman Avenue from Snelling Avenue to
<br />Fairview Avenue be closed; and the adoption of the assess-
<br />ment roll be continued to the meeting of August 24, 1981.

<br />None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />assessments for diseased trees within Rosevi11e, Project
<br />,M-80-1, be closed; and the adoption of the assessment roll
<br />be continued to the meeting of August 24, 1981. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />assessments for street lights at Oxford Street and County
<br />Road C, Project UL-80-12,be closed; and the adoption of the
<br />assessment roll be continued to the meeting of August 24,
<br />1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the public hearing
<br />on assessments for street lights on Mount Ridge Road from
<br />County Road D to Brenner Avenue, Project UL-80-13, be
<br />closed; and the adoption of the assessment roll be continued
<br />to the meeting of August 24, 1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
