<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7218
<br />authorizing the City to apply for the conveyance of certain
<br />tax forfeited property to the City be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that a temporary permit be
<br />issued to N.D.H., Inc. for a concrete crushing operation
<br />at 2417 Cleveland Avenue, in conjunction with Project 79-21,
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the crushing operation be terminated and the
<br />area restored by the time improvement Project 79-21
<br />is completed, and in no event later that September 30,
<br />1982.
<br />
<br />2. That the material generated by this crushing operation
<br />be predominately utilized in the Long Lake Road/Terminal
<br />Road proj ect.
<br />
<br />3. That the hours of operation be limited to 7:00 A.M. to
<br />5:00 p.r~., Monday through Friday, excluding ho1 idays.

<br />accepting the bid of C. S. McCrossan in the amount of
<br />$192,411.10 for 1981 Contract E be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />accepting the bid of Robert W. Moore of $55,046.00 for the
<br />construction of Project ST-81-3 be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Hess Kline's request
<br />for variance to sign ordinance at 35 Wand County Road C
<br />be referred to the Planning Commission meeting of Sept-
<br />ember 2, 1981 . Roll Ca 11, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />request for variance to side yard setback requirement at
<br />1890-1900 North Lexington be referred to tle Planning
<br />Commission meeting of September 2,1981. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Metz Bakery request for
<br />rezoning from B-3 to I-1 at 2745 Long Lake Road be referred
<br />to the Planning Commission meeting of September 2,1981;
<br />and that the Council public hearing be established for
