The one of averaging the assessments around <br />the cul-de-sac, I guess I hadn't really heard before. I don't <br />know how to react to it. I presume that would result in slightly <br />lower assessments for each of the lots, on average, but it <br />shouldn't be greatly different. I guess I really see the major <br />decision for the Council being - do they wish to change the <br />formula? <br /> <br />After discussion by the Council, Councilman Kehr moved to <br />continue the assessment hearing for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-3C <br />to Monday, August 24, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Johnson and the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All; and the following voted against the same: None. <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />5 <br />
