<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - August 31,1981. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Curley, <br />Kehr and Johnson. <br /> <br />C-l Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, to cancel the special <br />meetin9 for 6:00 P.M., Monday, September 14, and reschedule <br />said meeting to 6:30 P.M., Wednesday, September 9, 1981, <br />for purposes of considering a Fire Department personnel <br />matter. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-1 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that John Beaven's <br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at <br />1214 Brooks Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, to disapprove the plans <br />for a proposed boat launch to be located in the northern <br />section of Lake Josephine Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, <br />Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7241 <br />approving a supplemental assessment in the amount of <br />$3,600 for Project 81-9 on Lot 9, Block 2, Stemper Heights <br />Subdivision, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, <br />Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 8:25 P.M.
