<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - September 9, 1981. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Curley, <br />Kehr and Johnson. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos opened the hearing to consider the recommendation <br />of the Fire Chief to terminate the employment of Robert Olein, <br />member of the Roseville Fire Department. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, to reject the recommendation of <br />the Fire Chief, Floyd Le Cuyer, to terminate Robert Olein <br />from the Fire Department on the basis of failure to comply with <br />the drill requ~lrements. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley and <br />Kehr. Nays: Johnson and Demos. Motion carried. <br /> <br />(A taped recording of the proceedings will be on file in the <br />City Manager's office for a period of one year from the date <br />of the hearing). <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at <br />8:30 P.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and <br />Demos.
