<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 14, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: ~1ayor Demos, Councilmen Johnson, Franke,
<br />Kehr and Curl ey.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of September 14 through 20 as
<br />"Constitution Week" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />re~ular meeting of August 24,1981, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke ,_ Kehr, Curl ey and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />A-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of August 31,1981, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />A-3 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of September 9,1981, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7242
<br />approving Gerald LeMay's request for final plat at 360 West
<br />County Road C with the condition that the north boundary
<br />of the drainage easement coincide with the edqe of the wet-
<br />land be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr,
<br />Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Ordinance No. 888
<br />rezoning Metz Baking Company's property at 2745 Long Lake
<br />Road from B-3 to 1-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7243
<br />adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning
<br />January 1,1982 and ending December 31,1982 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: fJone.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7244
<br />certifying the tax levy to the County Auditor for collect-
<br />ion during 1982 for the purpose of operating the City of
<br />Roseville be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7245
<br />instructing the County Auditor to reduce the established
<br />tax levy for Golf Course Bonds, Water Improvement Bonds and
<br />General Improvement Bonds be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
