<br />in the amount of $27,499 for a 3 ton cab and chassis, the
<br />bid of Truck Utilities and Manufacturing in the amount of
<br />$5,737 for a dump body and hydraulic system, and $1,343
<br />for a sander; and the bid of Garwood in the amount of
<br />$3,860 for a snowplow be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />Parks Capital Improvement funds be authorized for Central
<br />Park redevelopment near Lexin0ton Avenue, if needed, and
<br />that such proposed expenditures be reviewed and approved
<br />by the City Manager prior to any contractual committments.
