<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - November 9, 1981

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Johnson
<br />absent.

<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of October 26, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />
<br />A-2 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Meeting of October 28, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, and Demos. Kehr abstained because he was
<br />absent from meeting.

<br />A-3 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Meeting of November 4, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Roseville Restaurant, Inc.,
<br />DBA Mr. Steak of Roseville, request for on-sale wine license
<br />for 1981 and 1982 at 1875 West Perimeter Drive be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-2 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Veronica Miller's request
<br />for final plat at 2778 Lakeview be continued until the
<br />November 23rd Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Harry Schroeder's request
<br />for special use permit at 2500 North Hamline be approved
<br />with the conditions that the staff approve the landscaping
<br />plan and that the Planner study and make recommendations
<br />regarding driveways and traffic flow on the site. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Robert Moder's request
<br />for division of lot at 2130 Dale Street be approved with
<br />the following conditions: 1) That 10' of additional right-
<br />of-way be dedicated along Dale Street, 2) that a 20' utility
<br />easement be provided along the eastern boundary of the
<br />northernmost lot, and 3) that each new lot may have only one
<br />driveway entering from Dale Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville Central Park
<br />Projects 81-7, 81-8, 81-9, and 81-5, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
