<br />Special Meeting of the City Council - November 30, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Demos arrived at
<br />4:20 p.m.
<br />
<br />A-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of November 9, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Meeting of November 12, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None. Abstain: Curley,
<br />because he was absent.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for final
<br />plat, rezoning from R-l to R-6 and special use permit at 2496
<br />Fairview Avenue be continued to the January 11, 1982 Council
<br />Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke.

<br />B-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Veronica Miller's request
<br />for final plat at 2778 Lakeview be continued until the December
<br />28, 1981 Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7272 amending
<br />Resolution No. 7260 be adopted, and that February 8, 1982 be
<br />established for a public hearing on Project SS-W-8l-l3. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7273 amending
<br />Resolution No. 7261 be adopted, and that February 8, 1982 be
<br />established for a public hearing on Project SS-8l-l7. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7274 amending
<br />Resolution No. 7262 be adopted, and that February 8, 1982 be
<br />established for a public hearing on Project SS-8l-l8. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Franke. Nays: None.

<br />Resolution No. 7263 be adopted, and that February 8, 1982 be
<br />established for a public hearing on Project SS-8l-l9. Roll

<br />Resolution No. 7264 be adopted, and that February 8, 1982 be
