<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - December 14, 1981.

<br />The City met on the above date with the following members present:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos.

<br />A-I Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Meeting of November 30, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7283, approving
<br />Carl Eng and Tommie Braddock's request for vacation of right-of-
<br />way at the 1600 block of Laurie Road, with the condition that a
<br />30-foot easement be granted for utilities be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B- 2 Franke Moved, Curl ey Seconded, that 01' Mexico's request for
<br />special use permit at 1754 Lexington Avenue be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) that the size of the dance floor shall not exceed 150 sq. ft.,
<br />and
<br />
<br />2) that a 10 ft. easement for a pathway be granted on the west
<br />side of Lexington Avenue.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Cicero's application for on-sale
<br />and Special Sunday liquor licenses and Hark to Bounty's applica-
<br />tion for wine license for 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that James T. Hannegan, 842 West
<br />Sextant Avenue, be appointed to the Roseville Police Civil
<br />Service Commission for a three-year term beginning January 1,
<br />1982, and ending December 31, 1984. Roll Call, Johnson, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session with the
<br />Planning Commission be established for January 6, 1982, 8:30 p.m.,
<br />Roseville City Hall, for the purpose of considering a proposed
<br />ordinance establishing a new business zoning district. Roll Call,
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />for the Council meeting of January 11, 1982, to consider a pro-
<br />posed ordinance establishing a new business zoning district. Roll
