<br />public hearing on a proposal for a commercial facilities development
<br />project pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development

<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing to consider
<br />Michael Belknap's, DBA Cicero's, application for on-sale and special
<br />Sunday liquor licenses at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be established
<br />for the Council Meeting of February 8, 1982. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7292, declaring the
<br />deferred assessments on six (6) levied and certified special assess-
<br />ments be certified to Ramsey County Auditor, be adopted. These
<br />deferred assessments are for City Improvements 72-14 Series, 4, 76-18,
<br />79-12, lIL-80-12 and 72-17 Series 3 (two projects). Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the City Attorney be instructed to
<br />prepare an amendment to Section 33.150 establishing a $100,000/
<br />$300,000 minimum liability insurance coverage limit as a requirement
<br />to be a licensed contractor in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the following applications be re-
<br />ferred to the February 3, 1982 Planning Commission Meeting and
<br />establishing a Council Public Hearing on both applications for the
<br />Council Meeting of February 8, 1982.

<br />1. William Steinworth request for preliminary plat, special use
<br />permit, and vacation of right-of-way at 1717 Dellwood.
<br />
<br />2. Council initiated rezoning of various parcels located north
<br />of Highway 36 and west of Highway 35W.
<br />
