EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- second day of April, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8676 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REVISED REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT UL-90-20 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 11, 1990, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement: UL-90-20 -- Installation of ornamental street lights on Heinel Drive between South Owasso Boulevard and Sandy Hook Drive. At a public hearing held on October 22, 1990, for project UL-90-20, the Public Works Director presented a preliminary report as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement, the City Council continued the public hearing to an unspecfied future date to allow staff to research policy issues of installation of street lights and underground service areas, and a petition was subsequently received requesting the installation of ornamental street lights at Kent Street and South Owasso Boulevard, and the preliminary feasibility report was amended to revise project UI-90-20 to include the installation of ornmental street lights at Kent Street and Heinel Drive and Kent Street and South Owasso Boulevard. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. UL-90-20.
