<br />meeting of January 11, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Veronica Miller's request for
<br />final plat at 2778 Lakeview be continued until the February 8,
<br />1982 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley,

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for final
<br />plat, rezoning from R-l to R-6, and special use permit at 2496
<br />Fairview Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 896, rezoning
<br />the property at 2496 Fairview Avenue from R-l to R-6, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />20' of Lot 3, Block 1, Gilbert Reiling Addition, and Lot 2, Green
<br />Meadow Addition, be authorized, and that the City Manager be in-
<br />structed to obtain a soil analysis report and appraisal of the
<br />fair market value of the lots. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
