<br />and 2, Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 27 and 28, Block 5; and Lots 17 and
<br />18, Block 4, Kroiss Northwood Addition. Also, Lots 3, 4, 19,
<br />20, and 21, Block 3, Kroiss Eastwood Addition. Also, Lots 5,

<br />ing the Roseville legislative delegation to introduce and sup-
<br />port a special bill removing the positions of Police Chief and
<br />Deputy Chief from the Roseville Police Civil Service system, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />a recommendation to the Legislative Commission on Employee
<br />Relations to abolish the Public Employment Relations Board,

<br />Section 33.150 of the Roseville City Code, reducing tho re-
<br />quired amount of Contractor's Liability Insurance from $300,000/
<br />$500,000 to $100,000/$300,000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute an agreement
<br />to exchange 8.15 acres of City land for 16.15 acres of Ramsey

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition for street and utility
<br />construction, identified as project SS-W-P-82-3 and ordering
<br />the preparation of a feasibility report, be adopted. Roll

<br />None.

<br />to pay 100% of the cost of feasibility study if the project,
