<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following

<br />A-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />February 8, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7317,
<br />Veronica Miller request for final plat at 2778 Lakeview,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the hearing for Improvement
<br />SS-81-17, sanitary sewer service for 1750 West County Road C, be
<br />closed and that consideration for such improvement be continued.

<br />B-3 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7318, order-
<br />ing Improvement P-81-12, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Merrill Street between Terrace Drive and County
<br />Road C-2, and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted.

<br />hibiting parking on the east side of Merrill Street between

<br />Demos Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7320, ordering
<br />Improvement P-81-23, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Patton Road between Stanbridge and Brenner Street,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7321, ordering
<br />Improvement P-81-24, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
<br />surfacing for Brenner Street between Patton and Highcrest Roads,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />curb and gutter and bituminous surfacing for Brooks Avenue be-
