<br />Special Meeting of the City Council - March 19, 1982.

<br />6:30 p.m.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Demos, and Curley.
<br />Absent: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Franke Moved, Demos Seconded, that Betty Wolfangle, 837 Heinel WOLFANGLE
<br />Drive, Roseville, be appointed to the Parks & Recreation Board
<br />for a three-year term, beginning April 1, 1982, and ending
<br />March 31, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Demos,
<br />and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Timothy John Daulton, 1071 DAULTON
<br />Shryer Avenue, Roseville, be appointed to the Parks & Recreation
<br />Board for a three-year term, beginning April 1, 1982, and ending
<br />March 31, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Demos,
<br />and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Terry Jay Henry, 1149 HENRY
<br />West Sextant Avenue, Roseville, be appointed to the Human
<br />Rights Commission for a three-year term, beginning April 1,
<br />1982, and ending March 31, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, Demos, and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, to instruct an ordinance be ORDINANCE
<br />prepared amending Section 236.010 of the City Code, providing
<br />that the Parks and Recreation Board consist of eight members;
<br />and that James Klassen would be appointed to the new position
<br />for a three-year term, beginning April 1, 1982, and ending
<br />March 31, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Demos,
<br />and Curley. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, to accept the Tax Increment
<br />Feasibility Report approving the proposal dated March 17,
<br />1982 from Howard Dahlgren Associates to prepare a detailed
<br />tax increment plan in an amount not to exceed $12,000. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Demos, and Curley. Nays:
<br />None.
