CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - March 22, 1982. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Absent: Johnson and Franke. A-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the March 8, 1982 regular meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the March 19, 1982 special meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that William Steinworth's request for final plat and vacation of right-of-way at 1717 Dellwood, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. 7:30 p.m. MINUTES MINUTES STEINWORTH E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that liquor license fees in the PITT amount of $700.00 be refunded to Gordon W. Pitt. E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7332 approving RESOLUTION 7332 the designation of certain lands as nonconservation and per- mitting their sale, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. E-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized to sign CENTRAL PARK the following Central Park Foundation project proposals: 1) Handicapped play area. 2) Purchase and installation of playground equipment for the handicapped area. 3) Observation platform at the Joe Mogg Memorial Trail. 4) Partial installation of the Lexington Avenue parking lot. 5) Purchase of wild flowers for Joe Mogg wildlife area. E-4 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the City staff be authorized to contact the City of Little Canada to develop the joint- powers agreement for the construction of an emergency water interconnection.
