<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - May 10, 1982. 7:30 p.m.
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />A-1 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the April 26, MINUTES
<br />1982 Regular Meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: P1one.
<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Council join with the PROCLAMATION
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of May 9-15, 1982 as "Law
<br />Enforcement Week" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Harry Schroeder's request SCHROEDER
<br />for final plat at 2585 Hamline Avenue be continued until the
<br />D4ay 24th Council meeting. Roll Cail, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, to establish a Council Work WORK SESSION
<br />Session at 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 24, 1982, Roseville City
<br />Hall, for the purpose of discussing the Capital Improvement
<br />Program, business license fees, amusement device ordinance,
<br />and financial procedures. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />D-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Lake Owasso's Safe Boating SKI COURSE AND
<br />Association request for water ski course and ski jump on Lake JUMP
<br />Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Concordia Academy's request CONCORDIA
<br />for permit to locate a temporary classroom building adjacent ACADEb9Y
<br />to the school at 2400 North Dale be approved with the con-
<br />dition that the temporary building be removed no later than
<br />June 15, 198;. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Paul McCulloch's request MCCULLOCII
<br />for building permit at 525 Heinel Drive be approved in
<br />accordance with the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance with the
<br />condition that the existing 21' x 50' garage in the front
<br />yard be removed by June 1, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
