<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for FA1 Sand be BARYON SAND ~
<br />awarded to Barton Sand ~ Gravel in the low bid amount of GRAVEL
<br />$3.23 per ton. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for FA2 Buckshot BARYON SAND $
<br />be awarded to Barton Sand F, Gravel in the low bid amount of
<br />$6.23 per ton. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for 2331 Black- T. A. SHIFSKY
<br />top be awarded to T. A. Shifsky $ Sons, Inc. in the low bid $ SONS
<br />amount of $20.00 per ton. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for CRS-2 KOCH ASPHALT CO.
<br />Emulsified Asphalt be awarded to Koch Asphalt Company iri the
<br />low bid amount of $.487 per gallon. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays; None.
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the bid for the construction MN STATE CURB $
<br />of concrete curbing in Central Park parking lot be awarded to GUTTER
<br />Minnesota State Curb and Gutter in the low bid amount of
<br />$11,313.50, to be funded $8,000 from 1982 recreation capital
<br />outlay budget, and $3,313.50 from encumbered 1981 recreation
<br />capital improvement monies. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-7 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7351, RESOLUTION 7351
<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition representing 1000 of the
<br />assessable property for utility acrd street work in conjunction
<br />with Project SS-W-P-82-3, Dellwood Avenue, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />E-8 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that an agreement with Burlington SS-W-81-21
<br />Northern Railroad for Project SS-W-81-21 be approved, and the
<br />Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign the agreement in behalf
<br />of the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-9 Kehr. Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7352, awarding RESOLUTION 7352
<br />the contract for sanitary sewer service to 3056 Raymond Avenue,
<br />Project SS-81-18, to Minnesota }Iome Sewer in the low bid amount
<br />of $2,560.00, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
