CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - May 24, 1982. 7:30 p.m.
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />A-1 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting MINiJTES
<br />of May 10, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-1 Kehr PAoved, Johnson Seconded, that Harry Schroeder's request SCHROEDER
<br />for final plat at 2585 Hamline Avenue be continued until the
<br />June 14th Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-2 Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Handicapped Recreation I-IANDICAPPED
<br />Plari as recommended by the Central Park Foundation Board be RECREATION PLAN
<br />continued until the June 14, 1982 regular meeting, and that the
<br />Central Park Foundation cooperate with the adjacent property
<br />owners in developing other alternatives for the location of
<br />the proposed wheelchair pathway. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7353, giving RESOLUTION 7353
<br />preliminary approval of an application for Industrial Revenue
<br />Bonds by Heco, Inc., be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />C-1 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that August 16 and 18, 1982,
<br />be established as dates to schedule public hearings on
<br />assessments. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-1 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that John 1Veatherston's request
<br />for the following minor variances at 2390 Cohansey be
<br />approved.
<br />1. Proposed swimming pool to be located 6' from rear yard
<br />property line. 10' setback is required.
<br />2. Proposed deck to be located adjacent to the side and
<br />rear yard property line. 2' setback is required.
<br />3. Proposed 5' fence to be located adjacent to side yard
<br />property line along Cohansey per the site plan on file.
<br />30' setback is required.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
