<br />E-2 Kehr Pdoved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7354, approv- RESOLUTION 7354
<br />ing the State plans and preparations for the reconstruction of
<br />Rice Street, identified as State Project 6214-40, 56 and 57 (49=
<br />126), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Kehr Moved, .Iohnson Seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager STATE AGREEMENT
<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with the State for City
<br />utility work in conjunction with the Rice Street widening,
<br />identified as State Project 6214-40, 56 and 57 (49=126).
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />E-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7355, declaring RESOLUTION 7355
<br />the adequacy of a petition for Project P-82-17; reconstruction
<br />of Fulham Street from TI1 36 Frontage Road to Terminal Road,
<br />and ordering the preparation of a feasibility study, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />E-4 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No, 7356, RESOLUTION 7356
<br />accepting the feasibility report for Project P-82-7;
<br />Millwood Avenue, and establishing June 14, 1982 as the
<br />date for public hearing on this improvement, be adopted.

<br />accepting the feasibility report for Project UL-81-25;
<br />ornamental street lights on Avon Street, and establishing
<br />June 14, 1982 as the date for public hearing on the improve-
<br />ment, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
