<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Change Order No. 2 on
<br />Project P-8l-6, in the amount of $950.00, be approved, and
<br />the Public Works Director and Manager be authorized to
<br />sign the Change Order in behalf of the City. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Manager be authorized to sign the earnest money contracts
<br />to acquire the following list of easements, and that the
<br />City Attorney be instructed to process the permanent
<br />easements for recording at Ramsey County.

<br />E-ll Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that an informational
<br />meeting on the proposed pathway on County Road B, between
<br />Hamline and Victoria, be established for 7:30 p.m.,
<br />Monday, July 26, 1982, and that notification of said
<br />meeting be provided to all affected and interested
<br />residents. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-12 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that action authorizing the
<br />City Attorney to draft an amendment to Section 14, which
<br />would set forth conditions for personal property "For
<br />Sale" signs to be placed without a permit, be continued.
