Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that a public hearing be established for the meeting of August 9, 1982, to consider the Canopy, Inc. application for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at Rosedale Shopping Center. Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the following applica- tions be referred to the August 4, 1982 Planning Commission Meeting and that the Council public hearing on each of the applications be established for the meeting of August 9, 1982. 1) Robert Michels request for special use permit at 1292 Ruggles. 2) Donald Sime request for rezoning from 8-4 to B-3, special use permit and variance at 2581 Cleveland. 3) School District No. 623 request for special use permit at 1910 County Road B. 4) St. Paul and Suburban Bus Company request for special use permit and variance at 2975 Partridge Road. 5) NCR Comten request for rezoning from R-l to B-1 at 2800 Arona.
