<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Council Meeting of August 9, 1982, be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Special Council Meeting of August 16, 1982, be approved.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Special Council Meeting of August 18, 1982, be approved.

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, to establish a twenty-five
<br />member committee on nonmotorized pathways to advise the City
<br />Council on the proposed pathway on County Road B from Hamline
<br />to Victoria Street and all other pathway routes considered by
<br />the City, and membership of the committee is to be composed of
<br />persons living both on and off pathway routes. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, to continue the proposed non-
<br />motorized pathway on County Road B, from Hamline to Victoria
<br />Street, until the advisory committee on nonmotorized pathways
<br />submits a recommendation on the pathway. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the assessment roll on Project P-80-2, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7393, adopting
<br />the assessment roll as amended on Project P-80-2, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7394, adopting
<br />the assessment roll for Consolidated Projects P-80-18, P-80-34,
<br />P-80-35, and P-81-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
