<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, to rename Candy Cane Park to Bruce
<br />Russell Park, and that a dedication ceremony be established at
<br />a date mutually convenient to the family and City Council. Roll

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Romeo Salsa's request for a
<br />temporary, on-sale intoxicating liquor license be approved for
<br />a period of 12 hours; beginning at 7:00 p.m., September 25,1982,
<br />for the Roseville Central Park Foundation Ball at the Har Mar
<br />Shopping Center, as authorized by Minnesota Laws, 1978, Chapter
<br />116, with the condition that evidence of the necessary liquor
<br />liability insurance coverage be submitted to the City. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />for the Council meeting of September 13, 1982, on Ponti llo' s
<br />Pizzeria, Incorporated request for on-sale wine license at
<br />1905 West Perimeter Drive. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for repowering
<br />of Fire Department snorkel be awarded to Interstate Detroit
<br />Diesel in the bid amount of $56,317; to be financed $35,000
<br />from revenue sharing, and $21,317 from liquor fund reserves.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7426, appointing
<br />election judges and alternate judges for the primary election
<br />on September 14 and the general election on November 2, 1982,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign an agreement with the Space Center,
<br />Incorporated to turn over the ownership and operation of
<br />sanitary sewer in Terminal Road, west of Walnut Street.
