Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7429, accept- <br />ing the bid of C. S. McCrossan, Incorporated, of $197,090.00 <br />for Projects P-82-17, Fulham Street, and ST-82-18, Fulham <br />Storm Drains; designated as Section 1 and Section 2 of the <br />1982 Improvements, Contract E, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Storm Water Management <br />Plan for sub-districts 1, 2, and 3 of storm drainage area <br />8-SW be approved and authorizing the staff to work with the <br />Rice Creek Watershed personnel in developing new operating <br />procedures regarding Rice Creek Watershed permits. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson ~bved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7430, author- <br />izing the Mayor and City Manager to execute an agreement <br />between the City of Roseville, the Minnesota Transfer <br />Railroad Company, and Minnesota Department of Transportat ion <br />for the installation and maintenance of railroad crossing <br />signals at County Road C-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that road easement No. <br />E-MA-82-6 and ponding easement No. E-MA-82-7, be received, <br />and that the City Attorney be instructed to record the <br />documents in the office of the county recorder. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos.
