<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Council Meeting of September 13, 1982, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the Special
<br />Council Meeting of September 21, 1982, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Demos, because she was absent.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 74.':i)1 adopting the
<br />annual budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1983 and
<br />ending December 31, 1983, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7432 certifying
<br />the tax levy to the County Auditor for call ection during 1983
<br />for the purpose of operating the City of Roseville, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7433 instructing
<br />the County Auditor to reduce the established tax levy for Golf
<br />Course Bonds and Water Improvement Bonds, be adopt ed. Ro 11 Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the $147,000 of the 1983
<br />Federal Revenue Sharing Funds be expended in 1983 for the
<br />following purposes:
