<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - October 4, 1982. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Demos, Kehr, and Curley. Members absent: <br />Franke, and Johnson. <br /> <br />B-1 Mayor Demos called the meeting to order. The purpose of the <br />meeting was to present the proposed fiscal and economic <br />implications of the City's proposed Tax Increment Plan and <br />to consider any public body's view and opinions regarding <br />the City's proposed Tax Increment Plan.
