<br />and that the City Attorney's office be instructed to file

<br />Short, Elliott and Hendrickson, Incorporated, be authorized
<br />to prepare plans, specifications and provide general ob-
<br />servation of construction for City projects P-82-l7 and
<br />ST-82-l8, in accordance with their June 24, 1982 proposal
<br />for the lump sum amolmt of $15,760.00. Roll Call, Ayes:
