<br />Regular Meeting of the City Counci 1 - October 25, 1982.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Absent: Franke.

<br />A-I Curley Hoved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of October 11, 1982, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of October 13, 1982, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Gap Bar, Inc.' s
<br />application for on-sale wine license at 2393 North Rice
<br />Street be approved with the condition that the applicant
<br />supply evidence of liquor liability insurance as required
<br />by the ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Hoved, Kehr Seconded, that the Gap Bar, Inc.' s
<br />application for on-sale malt beverage, off-sale malt
<br />beverage, sandwich/short order, tavern, and over-the-
<br />counter cigarette licenses at 2393 North Rice Street, be
<br />anproved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Kehr Hoved, Curley Seconded, that J. H. Duddleston' s
<br />request for building permit at 423 South Owasso
<br />Boulevard as provided by the Lakeshore Zoninp; Ordinance
<br />be approved with the condition that the basement floor
<br />elevation be a minimum of 889.8 feet. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />,Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the bid for the supply
<br />and installation of 13 overhead doors be awarded to Overhead
<br />Door Company of Minneapolis/St. Paul in the low bid amount
<br />of $23,144. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Public Works Director
<br />be authorized to contact HN/DOT to have OPTICOM installed as
<br />soon as possible at the intersection of Snelling Avenue and
<br />County Road C and Snelling Avenue and COlmty Road B-2, and
<br />that OPTICOM be financed from the perr.mnent improvement fund.
