<br />E-6 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Easement No. 80-4-4
<br />in the amount of $250.00 be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7448, author-
<br />izing the advertisement for bids for Lexington pathway,
<br />identified as proj ect M-80-4, and establishing the opening
<br />of the bids for 9:30 a.m., December 17, 1982, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the City Manager and the
<br />Public Works Director be authorized to sign Change Order No.
<br />1 for the 1982 Improvements, Contract E, in the amount of
<br />$8,507.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Johnson Hoved, Kehr Seconded, that the easement recorded
<br />incorrectly with Ramsey County Register of Deeds be released,
<br />and that the Hayor and Manager be authorized to sign a
<br />corrected sanitary sewer easement to be maintained permanently
<br />by the Space Center Corporation. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-lO Curley Novell, Johnson Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for the meeting of December 13, 1982 to consider
<br />Thomas Larson's application for on-sale and special Sunday
<br />liquor licenses at Lebistro Cafe in Rosedale Shopping Center.
