<br />Curley Moved that Edward McCarty's request for variance to
<br />shoreline zoning ordinance at 1894 County Road C-2 be
<br />approved. Motion died for lack of second.

<br />for variance to shoreline zoning ordinance at 1894 County

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Roberts Construction
<br />application for rezoning from I-I to B-3 and variance to sign
<br />ordinance at 2465 Fairview be referred to the January 5, 1983
<br />Planning Commission meeting, and also establishing the COlillcil
<br />public hearing for the meeting of January 10, 1983. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Roseville Newsletter be awarded to Holine Printing in the
<br />low bid amount of $9,540. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for the purchase
<br />of three Ford Crown Victorias be awarded to Southdale Ford
<br />in the total low bid amount of $25,341.81. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />of one Ford station wagon be awarded to Midway Ford in the
<br />low bid amount of $8,187.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,

<br />changes in the State Aid formula be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />terms of office for the Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief
<br />from one to two years, be prepared. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the agreement with the
<br />firm of Barton-Aschman Associates to provide a traffic
<br />analysis for the western tax increment district be approved,
<br />and that the City Manager be authorized to sign the agreement
<br />in behalf of the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
