<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Absent:
<br />Curley.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the 1'1inutes of the Regular
<br />Heeting of December 13, 1982, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Hoved, Johnson Seconded, that Brenda Tho1'1as and Daniel
<br />Zielske be appointed to the Roseville Human Rights Commission
<br />for three-year terms, beginning April 1, 1983 and ending March
<br />31, 1986; and that Ray Hermann and Maynard Kelsey be appointed
<br />to the Roseville Parks and Recreation Board for three-year terms,
<br />beginning April 1, 1983 and ending March 31, 1986. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded that three vacancies will exist
<br />on the Planning Commission as of April 1, 1983, and applications
<br />will be accepted until February 7, 1983 to fill the vacancies.

<br />None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Robert Guy be appointed to
<br />the Roseville Police Civil Service Commission for a three-year
<br />term, beginning January, 1983, and ending December 31, 1985.

<br />the Rosevil1e legislative delegation at 7:30 a.m., December
<br />29, 1982. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and De1'1os.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7450, authorizing
<br />the Hayor and Manager to execute a joint powers agreement for
<br />the ad1'1inistration of a cable communications system, be adopted.
