<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - January 10, 1983.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Absent:
<br />Kehr and Curley.

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Regular Meeting of December 20, 1982, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Roberts Construction,
<br />Inc. request for rezoning from I-I to B-3 and variance to
<br />sign ordinance at 2465 Fairview be continued until the
<br />January 24, 1983 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council's Standing
<br />Rules of Procedure be adopted for the year 1983. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Demos Seconded, that Johnson be appointed
<br />Acting Mayor for the year 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Kehr be appointed
<br />Liaison to Planning Commission for the year 1983. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Demos Seconded, that Franke be appointed
<br />Liaison to Parks and Recreation Board for the year 1983.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Johnson be appointed
<br />Delegate and Curley and North be appointed Alternates to the
<br />Ramsey County League for the year 1983. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Delegate and Demos Alternate to the North Suburban Youth
