<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that LMC legislative policies
<br />PHS-12, PPLR-I, PPLR-2, GS-8, and DS-7 be designated as the
<br />most important for the 1983 legislative session. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid of Munn Blacktop,
<br />Incorporated, for Project M-80-4; Lexington Avenue Bike Path,
<br />in the amount of $106,522.50, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays; None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City staff be author-
<br />ized to provide input at the Minnesota Department of Tran-
<br />sportation public hearing for Snelling Avenue to be held
<br />January 11, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7460, declaring
<br />the adequacy of a petition for the reconstruction of Matilda
<br />Street and Iona Lane, identified as Project P-82-32, and
<br />ordering the preparation of a feasibility report, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7461, declaring
<br />the adequacy of a petition for the reconstruction of Galtier
<br />Street and Iona Lane, identified as Project P-83-3, and
<br />ordering the preparation of a feasibility report, be adopted.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Change Order No. 1 with
<br />Solidification, Incorporated, for Project 82-20, to extend
<br />the completion date to June 20, 1983, be approved. Roll

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the applications listed
<br />below be referred to the February 2, 1983 Planning Commission
<br />meeting, and also establishing the Council Public Hearing
<br />for the meeting of February 14th on the Wi1lmus, Vanasse, and
<br />Deluxe Check applications.
