<br />Projects P-82-25, P-82-27, P-82-29, and P-82-30, be adopted.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7492 consolidating RESOLUTION 7492
<br />projects P-82-21, P-82-22, P-82-32, and P-83-3, be adopted.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville Baptist Church
<br />request for permit to locate a temporary classroom building
<br />at 211 County Road B-2 for the periOd June 1, 1983 through
<br />June 1, 1985, be approved with the condition that a storm
<br />water ponding easement be provided for the pond located on the
<br />northeastern portion of the church property. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Jonnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Demos Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7493 referring
<br />the proposed amendment to the Tax Increment Plan to the April
<br />6, 1983 Planning Commission meeting, and setting a hearing
<br />before the City Council on May 9, 1983, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be author-
<br />ized to execute the 1983 Labor Agreement with Local 320,
<br />Maintenance Supervisors. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager and Public
<br />Works Director be authorized to sign Change Order No. 2 for
<br />the 1982 Improvements Contract E, in the amount of $2,681.70.

<br />5) CRS-2 Emulsified Asphalt to Koch Asphalt, Inc., at $0.690
<br />per gallon.
<br />6) RC-800 Sealcoat to Koch Asphalt Co. at $1.017 per gallon.
