EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the city Hall in said City on Monday, May 13, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog and the following were absent: Johnson. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8680 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-90-20 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. UL-90-20 consisting of the installation of street lights and necessary appurtenances on Heinel Drive at Kent Street and Kent Street at South Owasso Boulevard as described in the Notice of Hearing at a total cost presently estimated at $14,858.00 of which $4,547.20 is proposed to be assessed, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog and the following voted against the same: Thomas. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
