<br />Mr. Connor Schmid requested the record show the following
<br />exhibits were presented to the Council: 1) Aerial photo-
<br />graphs of the PIK Terminal site; 2) A preliminary Site Plan
<br />for Hyman Freightway Terminal prepared by Reese Design, Inc.,
<br />undated; and 3) Grading Plans (Phase 1 and 2), identified as
<br />Exhibits 6 and 7.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 926, amending
<br />Section 72.170 of the City Code, providing for exceptions to
<br />the requirements for independent sewer system, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7510 approving
<br />Minnesota Law 1983, Chapter 83, and directing the City Manager
<br />to file the necessary documents with the Secretary of State,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be author-
<br />ized to execute a Letter of Agreement with Albers and
<br />Associates, Inc. to perform a data processing study for a
<br />sum not to exceed $7,500. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley,
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 75ll, accepting
<br />the bid of Forest Lake Contracting in the amount of $319,177.76
<br />for Projects 82-21, 82-22, 82-23, and 82-32, constituting the
<br />1983 Improvements, Contract B, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that entering into a five-year
<br />joint use rental agreement, identified as No. 151, with the
<br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, be approved, and that
<br />the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign the agreement in
<br />behalf of the City of Rosevil1e. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
