<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that J. r.1. Duddleston' s request
<br />for building permit at 423 South Owasso Boulevard be approved
<br />as provided by the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Mar-Len Investments, Inc.
<br />request for preliminary plat and variance to setback at 2535
<br />County Road C be referred to the July 6, 1983 Planning
<br />Commission Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-lO Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized to
<br />sign the following Central Park Foundation proj ect proposals:

<br />I) Purchase of equipment for the senior citizen's walking
<br />course.
<br />
<br />2) Landscaping of an open play field in the handicapped play
<br />area.
<br />
<br />3) Purchase of equipment and materials for bocce ball courts.
<br />
<br />4) Construction of eight horseshoe courts.
<br />

<br />E-ll Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7513 designating
<br />the City Manager as the signatory on the appli cation for
<br />continuing education reimbursement funds, be adopted. Roll

<br />E-12 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Jacus Associates be
<br />retained to prepare drawings and speci ficati ons, approve shop
<br />drawings, and conduct construction inspections for the ice
<br />arena dehumidification project in the total fee of $2,000.
