<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of June 13, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain:
<br />Curley, because he was absent.
<br />
<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Robert Koester's request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 1739 Eldridge be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Thomas Jensen's request for
<br />minor variance to rear yard setback at 2523 Stanbridge be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Gene Holmquist's request
<br />for building permit at 3098 Hamline as provided by the Lake
<br />Shore Zoning Ordinance, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Frank's Bowling Center
<br />application for bottle club license at 2057 Snelling Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the City Manager be author-
<br />i zed to sign a one-year lease with Har-Mar Mall for the
<br />municipal liquor store in the total cost amount of $1,000 per
<br />month. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ordinance No. 927, adding
<br />Chapter 207 to the City Code of the City of Roseville, relating
<br />to the Regulation of Noise, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council reaffirm the
<br />motion of May 23, 1983, instructing the City Attorney to take
<br />appropriate action to condemn property owned by PIK Terminal
<br />Company, and changing the legal description to the following:
<br />
<br />The West 240 Feet of the East 297 Feet of Lots 5 and 6,
<br />Block D, and Except the South 78.15 Feetj the West 240
<br />Feet of the East 297 Feet of Lot 7, Block D, Twin View
<br />Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
