<br />Council Minutes <br />June 27, 1983 Meeting <br />-4- <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that an Ad Hoc Committee be <br />formed and instructed to proceed according to the charge set <br />forth, in order to resolve issues relating to the Figure <br />Skating Program, and submit their recommendations for govern- <br />ing policies and guidelines to the City Council, by November <br />1, 1983. The Committee shall include six citizen members and <br />three members from the Parks and Recreation Board, as follows: <br /> <br />Arlene Vickers (Chairman), Tim Daulton, Carole Englund, <br />Meredith Fragomeni, Mary Ellen Guy, Jan Johnson, Maynard <br />Kelsey, Gerry Phillippi, and Betty Wolfangle. <br /> <br />Polly Franke shall serve as Council liaison, and Bob Bierscheid <br />as staff liaison and secretary. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7527, author- <br />izing the City Manager to apply for a $1,000 grant for a <br />project titled, "Community Partnerships: A Response to <br />Delinquency and Chemical Abuse", be adopted. Roseville <br />School District 623 will implement the project. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos.
