CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - July 25, 1983. The City Council members present: Absent: None. met on the above date with the following Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. A-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 11, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Mayor Demos opened the hearing to receive comments on the proposed uses of General Revenue Sharing. Comments re- ceived were as follows: Use General Revenue Sharing funds for improvements and equipment for the Fire Departmenti equipment for Police and Public Works activitiesi upgrade data processing system; pathway construction; employee wellness program; and band shell. Mayor Demos closed the hearing. C-l Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that a Work Session be established for 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 8, 1983 at the Roseville City Hall for a joint meeting with the Roseville Parks and Recreation Board. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. C-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that a Work Session be established for 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 1,1983 at the Roseville City Hall for purposes of discussing preliminary budget information for 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kchr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. D-l Representative John Rose appeared before the Council and provided an update on the 1983 Legislative Session. E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Tom Martin's request for minor variance to front and side yard setbacks and building permit under the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance at 361 South OWasso Boulevard, be approved with the condition that the existing garage be continued as a nonconforming use.
