<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7541 receiving the
<br />feasibility report for Project M-83-l3, parking lot on North
<br />McCarron's Boulevard, and ordering the improvement and the
<br />preparation of plans and specifications, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be author-
<br />ized to execute a labor agreement with Law Enforcement Labor
<br />Services for the years 1983 and 1984 covering wages and in-
<br />surance benefits. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 ,Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Presbyterian Homes, Inc. 's
<br />application to rezone and special use permit for 1910 County
<br />Road 0, be continued to the August 8, 1983 Council Meeting.
