<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - August 8, 1983. <br /> <br />The City Council <br /> <br />members present: <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />met on the above date with the following <br /> <br />Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of July 25, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Art Mueller's request <br />for preliminary plat and special use permit for PUD at 1995 <br />County Road B, be approved with the fOllowing conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the Ferris Lane intersection be redesigned so it <br />forms a "T" intersection. <br /> <br />2) That the drainage and utilities plans be subject to <br />approval by the City Engineering Department. <br /> <br />3) That the tennis court be constructed in accordance with <br />City Code requirements. <br /> <br />4) That the developer bear the costs of the construction of <br />Ferris Lane and of the stub street between Ferris Lane <br />and Gluek Lane. <br /> <br />5) That the project be developed in accordance with original <br />plans dated 7/8/83, and as revised on July 25, 1983 and <br />August 4, 1983. <br /> <br />and, that a Council public hearing on final plat be estab- <br />lished for the September 12, 1983 regular meeting. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Council continue <br />adoption of the assessment roll for project ST-80-30 <br />until the August 22, 1983 regular Council meeting. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and <br />Demos.
