<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council continue
<br />adoption of the assessment roll for Project ST-82-18
<br />until the August 22, 1983 regular Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Mother Tucker's Food
<br />Experience request for special use permit at 2350
<br />Cleveland be approved with the condition that the
<br />project be developed in accordance with plans dated
<br />July 8, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Mother Tucker's Food
<br />Experience request for variance to sign setback be
<br />continued until the September 12, 1983 Council meeting.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Ordinance No. 929, out-
<br />lawing the use, possession, manufacture, advertisement,
<br />and delivery of drug paraphernalia, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Franke Moved, Curley seconded, that Resolution 7543,
<br />approving the plans and ordering the receipt of bids for
<br />the National Guard Armory parking lot, designated as
<br />Roseville Improvement No. 83-13, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7544,
<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition for a public
<br />improvement to serve the proposed subdivision west of
<br />Gluek Lane, identified as Project SS-W-P-83-17, and
<br />ordering the preparation of a feasibility report, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
